What You'll Do
- Lead key areas of audit and assurance engagements
- Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements
- Perform substantive and analytical testing
- Identify audit risks and communicate findings
- Work directly with clients and understand their businesses
- Assist with engagement planning and budgeting
- Review Staff work and provide coaching
- Work closely with Managers and Partners
- Stay current with GAAP and auditing standards
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of public accounting audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Strong GAAP and audit knowledge
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience mentoring junior staff preferred
