Psychiatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Full Time)- Fellowship Program
InSite Health is an outpatient psychiatric and health technology company seeking a Child/Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team on a full time basis. This is a hybrid position where you’ll provide care both in person and via telehealth. The role is located out of our Marlton, New Jersey office with flexibility for in person and remote hours.
This role welcomes new-to-practice PMHNPs and will begin with a fellowship learning experience.

Job Overview:
- Provide initial evaluations and develop treatment plans with patients for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
- Our patients strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments, thus it is important that applicants are comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.
- Provide comprehensive, professional, compassionate, and coordinated care to patients
- Flexible schedule including remote or hybrid delivery of care.
- Performs initial psychiatric evaluation and regular reassessments, prescribing and reviewing psychotropic medications and regularly reviewing psychiatric diagnosis for any revisions or additions that are appropriate.
- Manages prescription of psychotropic medication and explains to the child and parents/guardians target symptoms, expected results, risks, benefits, and possible side effects of medication.
- Provide school behavioral threat assessments
Requirements:
- A Master's degree from an accredited school of advanced practice registered nursing
- ANCC board certification
- Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments
- DEA certification (required)
- Ideally at least 1 year of experience in the mental health profession, providing services to children and families is preferred and new graduates are welcomed
- An active advanced practice nursing license from the State of New Jersey
