We are seeking a driven, hands-on Project Manager to lead the execution of our growing development portfolio. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will work closely with internal leadership, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipalities to move projects forward, solve challenges, and drive results. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of multiple projects—ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex real estate development projects across hospitality, retail, mixed-use, and commercial assets
- Oversee all phases from pre-development, design, permitting, and procurement through construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project controls
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and municipalities
- Conduct construction feasibility reviews and provide input on budgeting, phasing, and risk mitigation during early design stages
- Lead project meetings, site walks, and milestone reviews while maintaining strong field presence
- Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues
- Oversee contractor procurement, bid review, negotiation, and award processes
- Manage pay applications, change orders, and ongoing cost reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, permitting requirements, and quality expectations
- Drive accountability across all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive experience in construction and real estate development project management
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects ($50M preferred)
- Strong background in commercial, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use developments
- Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls
- Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to maintain an active field presence across project sites
