Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and needs.
- Create customized travel itineraries including luxury vacations, cruises, and group travel experiences.
- Book flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel components through industry partners and suppliers.
- Provide clients with detailed travel information, including itineraries, travel documents, and recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, promotions, and destination information.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Coordinate logistics and communicate with travel suppliers to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a related role within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, luxury vacation options, cruises, and group travel planning.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client itineraries and details simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with booking systems, travel software, and online research tools.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
