Requisition Number: 106558 Services Operations Specialist W2 Location: This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office. Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. As a Services Operations Specialist W2 with Insight, you will enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA). We will count on you to investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products. Along the way, you will become an expert of information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.
