Schedule: Monday through Friday (normal business hours)
Position Type: Fulltime/Direct Hire
Pay: Depending on experience the hourly pay is $35.00 to (top) $39.00 an hour plus full benefits

About The Role
Managing PC inventory using ServiceNow
Conduct monthly ITAM and stockroom data validation.
Update any movement of the devices in the asset management system of record.
Manage stock levels based off run rate and adjust as needed for seasonal business needs.
Ensure stock is compliant for deployment requirements.
Inspect, wipe and prepare for return to central warehouse as required per company procedures.
Facilitate advance replacement exchange from local stock when user is unable to work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deskside Support tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist deployment and reimaging of PCs
Wiping returned PCs
Reimaging and provision returned system to replenish good stock.

About The Role
