What You'll Do● Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy services
● Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
● Collaborate with referral sources and other providers when appropriate
● Participate in paid peer consultation meetings
● Manage your schedule and caseload with support from our administrative team
We're Especially Interested In Therapists Who Have Experience With● Neurodivergent individuals
● Couples counseling
● Family therapy
● Child and adolescent therapy
Qualifications● Illinois LCSW or LCPC license required
○ LSW and LPC candidates will also be considered
● Minimum two years of therapy experience preferred
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client hours per week
● Comfort with electronic documentation and communication systems
