Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager based in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility to work partly from home. The Relationship Manager will be a key point of contact for clients and tasked with building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, maintaining regular touchpoints, resolving concerns promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to support client goals. The role also involves presenting products and services, monitoring client performance, and developing strategies to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.

- Previous experience in account management or customer success in a technology or financial services setting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
