POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees the operational efficiency, compliance, and performance of multiple communities within a designated region (California), ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents while driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Provide guidance to Executive Directors and coordinate operational activities across multiple communities within a designated region.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to achieve budgetary goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess facility operations and provide support and guidance to facility leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery across the region.
- Serve as a liaison between regional facilities, corporate leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, resident satisfaction, and overall Community performance.
- Will be required to occasionally do local travel and/or out-of-state travel for meetings or training.
- Supervisory Responsibility: Yes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on operations management.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple facilities within a regional or multi-site setting.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Experience in strategic planning, performance improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Proven track record of regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and have excellent time management skills.
- Previous experience managing senior-level staff and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles and experience in maintaining high standards of care.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Commitment to ethical practices and promoting a positive culture.
Salary : $170,000 - $180,000
