Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusting experience.
- 3 years of progressive leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation claims handling, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and develop claims teams while driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Experience handling complex claims and escalated claim situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SIP Certification (if required by state).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss management.
- Experience managing vendor and attorney panels.
- Exposure to underwriting support and sales initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and experience implementing operational improvements.
