The ideal candidate comes from a large, highly recognizable brand and understands how to scale, protect, and evolve a brand while delivering measurable business impact. This individual will oversee integrated marketing, communications, pursuits, and brand teams, partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen market positioning, enhance client experience, and support organizational growth.
Job-Type: Full-time; Direct-placement opportunity
Yearly Salary: $160,000-$220,000 performance-based bonuses
Logistics: On-site in Falls Church, Virginia - Open to Relocation*
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
