Title: Tier 1 Support Specialist
Location: Remote in KC
Duration: 6-month contract
Pay Rate: $24/HR
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of software support/help desk experience
- POS support experience
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be comfortable speaking with external users via phone
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Day-to-Day:
- Insight Global is seeking a Tier I Support Specialist to work for one of our customers in the Lenexa, KS area. This person can sit fully remotely for this 6-month contract. This Support Tech is joining the team to help two other members with a specific product line. They will be responsible for resolving anywhere from 5-20 cases a day. They will use proprietary software, and they will address issues via phone, Client Portal, email, etc. Then they will review the information and define the problem and escalate/track accordingly. They will be editing, implementing, and verifying fixes in the CMS.
Salary : $24
