What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology Specialist position at Insight Global?
Contract: 4/23-9/30
Shift: 11:00-8:00 PM
This project will run 5 days per week, and will include weekends
Overnight Data Tech Support/ Data Upload Technician
In support of a large-scale user research study, you will handle connecting data storage devices to a computer and launching the designated software to upload their contents. Throughout your overnight shift, you’ll monitor the upload process for accuracy and progress. If any issues arise, you’ll perform basic troubleshooting to keep data transfers running smoothly.
Skills needed:
1. Ability to handle and connect various data storage devices.
2. Basic computer operation, including launching specific software.
3. Attention to detail while monitoring data uploads.
4. Basic troubleshooting to resolve minor issues.
5. Clear communication skills to report issues or coordinate with team members as needed.
6. Ability to maintain focus and consistency throughout the shift.
Salary : $30 - $40
