One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a support specialist! This position is onsite 3 days a week in their El Paso, TX location and 2 days remote. This position pays $18/hourly.
Day to Day:
Their job responsibilities will include working with partner banks, sending and verifying transmission files, monitoring success of those files, forecasting, processing wires, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience within banking verifications and troubleshooting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail & organized
- Ability to work under pressure
