Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking Support Engineering Data Specialists to support a major aerospace development program focused on technical publication creation, validation, and maintenance procedures. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and compliant aircraft maintenance documentation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering, reliability, and supply chain data to develop maintenance instructions
- Write and maintain technical publications for aircraft systems and components
- Develop logistics support analysis records and review reports for accuracy
- Track workflow and task completion using internal systems
- Conduct quality checks on maintenance documentation and procedures
- Validate maintenance procedures directly on aircraft
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to schedule validation activities
- Interface with government stakeholders to verify maintenance procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications
- 5 years of experience interpreting engineering data for maintenance manuals and/or technical publications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with airplane maintenance manuals in a line maintenance environment
