We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Analyst to bring structure, visibility, and operational rigor to a fast-moving program environment. This role will focus on tracking execution, driving accountability across teams, and translating complex program activity into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Tracking & Visibility
- Stand up and manage a centralized tracking system (Excel-based and/or tools like JIRA) to monitor program progress, deliverables, and dependencies
- Create and maintain tactical implementation plans (TIPs) to ensure alignment across teams
- Track activities across multiple teams (including SCRUM teams and Russ/Kelly-led teams) to ensure accountability and transparency
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze program data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Develop executive-level summaries and status reporting for director leadership
- Translate detailed execution into clear, high-level insights on what’s coming next
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination across program managers, SCRUM teams, and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across teams by tracking who is doing what and when
- Support day-to-day operational management, including follow-ups and task ownership tracking
- Process Improvement & Governance
- Review and vet L3/L4 processes to ensure consistency and scalability
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and reporting structures
- Support program governance and standardization efforts
- Change Management & Sustainability
- Support people and change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and tools
- Ensure sustainability of tracking, reporting, and execution frameworks
- Tooling & Documentation
- Operate across tools including Excel, JIRA, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Build dashboards, trackers, and presentations to support program execution and leadership updates
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or business/operations analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dig into unstructured environments and build tracking from scratch
- Familiarity with change management frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (tracking, reporting, data organization)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate detailed work into executive-level insights
- Highly organized, acute attention to detail, with an emphasis on change management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Exposure to process mapping and L3/L4 process documentation
- Experience supporting director- or VP-level stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for productivity and reporting
Salary : $80 - $100
