Qualifications:
- 4 years of payroll experience in an in-house environment
- 4 years of data entry experience within payroll or accounting systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, JDE, or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes including garnishments, taxation, and compliance
- Experience with union payroll and fringe benefit reporting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile payroll accurately
- Ability to handle employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
