Required Skills & Experience Job Responsibilities · Drives the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting process and performs value-added analysis to assist in decision making · Responsible for identifying business risks and opportunities and seeking process improvements · Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline · Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization · Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals · Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents · Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner · Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members · Individual contributor working with limited oversight · Performs all other duties as assigned by management Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field · 2+ years of related experience. · Experience in a global company, preferably transaction, financial, or insurance by trade. · Experience supporting global stakeholders, working across time zones, and operating within multinational finance structures. · Demonstrated ability to provide constructive challenge, influence decisions, and proactively manage financial risks and opportunities. · Strong understanding of India statutory requirements and ability to translate global financial frameworks into local execution. · Ability to work independently, anticipate issues, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
