- Work Hours: Monday-Friday / 40 hours per week
We are hiring a Senior Electrical Integration Engineer to lead the vehicle integration and industrialization of a high-performance compute module used in next-generation electric vehicles.
This role owns the transition of advanced compute hardware from design into high-volume production. You will work across product development, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and software teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and on-time launches.
What You Will Do
- Lead the electrical design, integration, and functional testing of the vehicle compute system
- Own compute module integration from early design through production ramp
- Drive Design for Manufacturing strategies for high-volume production
- Act as the technical liaison between Product Development, Quality, and Purchasing
- Serve as the single point of contact for electrical issues within the compute cluster
- Partner with software teams to optimize system performance and functionality
- Support vehicle builds, assembly lines, and launch activities during development
- Develop and execute quality control plans and test strategies
- Lead vehicle-level testing, debugging, and root cause investigations
- Perform trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition
- Report feature maturity at key program milestones
- Create release documentation, diagrams, and system artifacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 6 or more years of experience with complex electrical or embedded systems
- 5 or more years supporting mass-production product launches
- Strong electrical and embedded systems fundamentals
- Hands-on experience applying Design for Manufacturing principles
- Working knowledge of software systems and embedded networking
- Proven cross-domain debugging skills across hardware and software
- Experience with requirements management tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience launching automotive or EV products
- Hands-on vehicle prototyping or production support experience
- Experience with FMEA and HARA methodologies
- Familiarity with complex electrical distribution systems
- Systems-level mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
