Position: Scheduler
Duration: 5-month contract (until November 2026)
PR: 19-21/hour
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan (onsite Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)
Shift: 8 AM-5 PM
Qualifications:
Experience in IT operations coordination, scheduling, or support environments
Strong communication skills with technical and non technical contacts
Comfortable working in ticketing and tracking systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
Ability to follow prioritization rules and documented procedures
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Description:
The Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling stores for network upgrades and support communications via phone, email, and Jira/ticketing systems.
Manage the scheduling of network upgrades
Address any technical concerns raised by franchisees or promptly redirecting them to the appropriate group for resolution
** Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
