Title: Project Manager (Salesforce)
Duration: 12-month contract (potentially for extensions based on scope)
Comp: Targeting 60-70/hour
We’re currently supporting our client on multiple Project Manager openings tied to a large-scale merger between two enterprise-level banking clients. This is a highly complex integration effort spanning contact center, enterprise applications, Salesforce, and data workstreams. Below is a detailed breakdown of the current needs and requirements:
Scope:
- Integration of our client's Salesforce instance into a significantly larger ecosystem
- Environment includes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a potential bonus area)
- Heavy change management component due to differences in adoption and usage across organizations
Requirements:
- 5 years of project management experience
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (not just implementations)
- Service Cloud & Sales experience
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business impact
- Ability to lead large-scale change management efforts
Key Consideration:
- Our Salesforce environment is deeply embedded across business units (consumer, commercial, operations, contact center), making this a highly visible and complex integrations
