Insight Global's client is looking to scale their recruiting function to support hiring for Account Executives across both traditional GTM roles and more technical AEs. They are seeking experienced Sales Recruiters who can operate independently across the full recruitment lifecycle while leveraging modern sourcing strategies and AI tools.
Must Haves:
- 5–7 years of sales recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for Account Executives, preferably across both traditional GTM and technical sales roles
- Strong background recruiting within the technology industry
- Experience supporting enterprise-level hiring
- Proficiency with Workday ATS
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-volume req loads in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern sourcing techniques
Compensation:
$30/hr to $38/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
- Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
