Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for an opportunity with a client that is a leader in the supply, maintenance, and overall performance of commercial generators across the US. This person will be responsible for the review and audit sales submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Additionally, this person will identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential risks prior to contract execution and ensure submissions are properly structured for downstream systems and service delivery. From a quality control standpoint, this Specialist will act as a first line of defense against revenue leakage and operational errors and identify trends and recurring issues within sales submissions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in contract administration and/or sales operations - Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM - High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
$20/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
