About the Role
We are seeking a senior sales leader to oversee and grow a Bay Area copier, printer, and IT sales division. This role is responsible for leading multiple branch locations, scaling headcount by 20–30%, and building a culture of accountability, performance, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales teams across 5 Bay Area branches
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives while driving career development
- Hold teams accountable to daily/weekly metrics and performance goals
- Review dashboards (revenue, activity, pipeline) and conduct stand-ups with branch leaders
- Shadow live calls, roleplay scenarios, and coach reps through stalled deals
- Develop strategies to expand headcount while maintaining high performance standards
- Drive revenue growth through account prioritization and pipeline management
Qualifications
- 5 years of copier/printer industry sales experience
- 2 years in a titled leadership role
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and hold teams accountable to metrics
- Currently in a sales leadership role with a track record of success
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
