Remote Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale, cross-functional Product Security Program. In this role, you will drive planning, execution, and governance across multiple engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of critical security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of complex, multi-track product security programs spanning multiple teams, functions, and global regions.
• Translate strategic product security objectives into integrated program plans with clear milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with software engineering teams to align security program execution with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), secure development practices, release management processes, and compliance requirements.
• Drive accountability for program commitments by tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Establish and maintain effective program operating rhythms, including executive status reviews, risk assessments, decision forums, governance meetings, and escalation mechanisms.
• Proactively identify and remove execution barriers by collaborating across engineering, security, compliance, product management, operations, and leadership organizations.
• Communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility into program health, quickly identifying issues, assigning ownership, driving resolution, and ensuring effective closure.
• Balance strategic program leadership with a hands-on approach, diving into technical, operational, and process details when necessary to unblock teams and accelerate delivery.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in engineering, security, cloud, or software development environments.
• Strong understanding of product security principles, secure software development practices, security governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, risk management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
