Job Description
• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple calendars, locations, and time zones.
• Communicate interview details, scheduling updates, and next steps to candidates and hiring teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Support job posting activities and help ensure requisition and candidate information is accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist recruiters with candidate correspondence, offer documentation, interview materials, and other recruiting-related activities.
• Support pre-employment processes in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor recruiting activities and follow up on outstanding items to help keep candidates moving through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential recruiting records, reports, and documentation.
• Provide a welcoming and best-in-class experience for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, Human Resources, and other teams to resolve scheduling or process-related questions.
• Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes, communication, and the overall candidate experience.
Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, Human Resources, administrative support, customer service, or a related role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to provide responsive and professional support to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or scheduling platform preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Salary : $20 - $22
