We are seeking highly organized, detail-oriented individuals to play a critical role in supporting a fast-moving talent acquisition team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving a seamless, efficient interview process and delivering a consistently high-caliber candidate experience from initial touchpoint through final stages. Your work will directly enable the team to operate at speed and bring in the talent needed to achieve ambitious goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the coordination of onsite, phone, and virtual interviews in a fast-paced environment.
- Execute scheduling and candidate logistics with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Partner closely with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to deliver a polished, high-touch experience.
- Act as the central point of coordination to ensure alignment and clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements to recruiting processes and workflows.
- Support special projects and take on additional initiatives to strengthen the overall recruiting function.
