Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
- Experience in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably, Aerospace & Defense, Tech and/or manufacturing)
- 1 year of experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably, Workday), Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- Strong, demonstrable data-orientation
- Comfortable scheduling 20 interviews/day, including complex, multi-step onsite interviews
Plus
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and ability to manage a small req load during hiring surges
Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with client's recruiters and hiring teams to schedule candidate interviews with timeliness and accuracy
- Support the in-person candidate experience by greeting and directing candidates during onsite interviews
- Support timely candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the interview process
- Provide administrative support during the offer process, including drafting offer letters and initiating the onboarding process
- Provide administrative support for Millennium’s internship program
- Track and report on candidate referrals and bonus rewards
- Maintain Recruiting Team materials and knowledge center on Teams & SharePoint
