Position Title: Recruiter
Location: Fully Remote; On‐site training required within 50 miles of Chattanooga, TN
Duration: 6-Month Contract (through October)
Pay Rate: $35-$40/Hour
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter to support a top healthcare and government services client. This recruiter will step in to own day‐to‐day operational requisitions, allowing senior recruiters to focus on strategic initiatives and new tool implementations. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‐volume environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and can independently manage multiple requisitions with urgency and care. This is a fully remote contract role with on‐site training requirements in the Chattanooga, TN area and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact during a critical hiring period.'
Must-Haves:
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- High‐volume recruiting background (class hiring preferred)
- Experience supporting Operations, Clinical, or Government hiring
- Strong hiring manager & candidate partnership skills
- Ability to independently manage 12–14 requisitions once ramped
- Experience handling background checks, credentialing, and pre‐hire screenings
- Must live within 50 miles of Chattanooga, TN
- Willingness to drive on‐site for training and occasional meetings
- Experience with Workday ATS (strongly preferred)
