- 3-5 years of experience within Recruiting/Talent Acquisition - Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations applicable to the recruiting and hiring. - Excellent interpersonal skills with advanced negotiation skills. - Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a wide range of roles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce. - Capable of working and interacting with all employee levels; both internal and external business partners. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.
