Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to join a regulated manufacturing environment in Beverly, MA. We're looking for someone who has personally owned CAPAs, nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, process improvements, validations, and risk management activities, not just supported them.
What You'll Bring:
3 years of Quality Engineering experience
Hands-on ownership of CAPAs and investigations
Strong root cause analysis and corrective action experience
Experience with ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation experience
Risk management and FMEA experience
Ability to partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve quality systems and processes
Preferred:
Medical device experience
ISO 14971 knowledge
SPC, Minitab, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
Audit experience
ASQ CQE certification
