We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support enterprise‑level construction and facilities programs. This role partners closely with program leadership and cross‑functional teams to build, maintain, and optimize complex project schedules across multiple concurrent initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and skilled at balancing long‑term planning with shifting priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules across assigned programs
- Partner with program management, field teams, and internal stakeholders to align milestones and delivery dates
- Track baseline vs. planned vs. actual schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Identify schedule risks, conflicts, and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies
- Support annual and long‑range planning to ensure schedules align with business objectives
- Prepare weekly schedule updates, reports, and stakeholder communications
- Support project scheduling during candidate selection and early project phases
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
- 3–5 years of related scheduling or project controls experience
- Strong understanding of project scheduling concepts and methodologies, including CPM
- Proven ability to work in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Highly adaptable with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with design and construction processes is strongly preferred
