Responsibilities include:
- Process and manage certified payroll for projects (up to ~50 employees) using tools such as Points North, LCP Tracker, and SAP
- Support billing operations, including:
- Assisting with submission of billing requests
- Following up on ESM tickets
- Coordinating with the Business Service Center (BSC)
- Assist with permit tracking and coordination to ensure compliance with project timelines
- Maintain and organize all project documentation
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or construction support
- Experience with certified payroll processing and compliance documentation (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Points North, LCP Tracker, SAP, or similar systems
- Understanding of construction workflows, documentation, and permitting processes
- Experience supporting billing cycles, invoicing, or financial coordination
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
