Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Mira Mesa, CA (5 days per week onsite) - San Diego
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation: $18-24/hour
Project: Project Coordination and Administration for financial projects in utilities
Requirements:
- 1 year of administration or project coordination experience
- Proficient in Excel (can create reports, perform basic formulas, create logs, pivot tables, etc)
- Experience to finance projects (SAP preferred)
- Team player and strong communication skills
Day to Day
Day to day includes working with various groups to get them scheduled with the pre-construction department, coordinating and issuing jobs within SAP, interpreting construction sketches, reading electrical metering. This role will work heavily in SAP and Nexus. They may be answering phone calls from customers, project managers or planners from the pre-construction side of the house. They will also be working with stakeholders to ensure jobs are getting scheduled. This person will need to be dynamic, a self-starter, and someone who can troubleshoot and problem solve.
Salary : $18 - $24
