What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Architect position at Insight Global?
Day to Day
This position is responsible for managing assigned aspects and phases of design/architecture by using planning, monitoring, designing, and personnel management processes, while displaying a mastery of codes, regulations, building systems, etc. The PA/ADPM may be responsible for overseeing, through collaboration, more than one project at a time all in support of RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Architect, required
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- 10-15 years of experience in construction documentation with projects valued at $30-$150 million
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage systems
- Proficiency with and experience using Revit software
Software Proficiencies: REVIT, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator, Bluebeam, SpecsIntact, and Microsoft Office
