Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations within either the Casting or Finishing department of a cast iron pipe manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and maintaining efficient production processes in a heavy industrial setting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience with a degree, or 5–10 years without
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (e.g., piping, machinery, equipment, construction)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Foundry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Heavy industrial manufacturing experience
- Experience working with piping systems
