Insight Global is seeking a Journey Owner in Stamford, CT to support multiple projects from intake through implementation alongside Product Owners. This role focuses on creating user stories and workflow documentation in JIRA and Figma, while helping drive product process flows and customer communications across channels like chat and IVR. The ideal candidate will lead and participate in stakeholder meetings, contribute to daily standups, and effectively manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are key, along with a customer-first mindset and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience throughout the customer journey. Pay rate starting at $40/hr.
