Title: Product Owner/Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid ~2x per week on-site in Mount Laurel, NJ

Job Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Compensation: $45/hr to $55/hr.

• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst supporting digital platforms

•Leads requirements discovery and documentation through stakeholder interviews, user research, and collaboration with business and IT teams

• Owning, developing and maintaining product strategy and roadmaps that align business objectives with IT delivery

• Strong focus on UX expertise including User interviews and discovery, prototyping, solution validation prior to development and build

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work heavily with business partners to define the IT product strategy alignment

Solid understanding of SDLC processes, specifically Agile/Scrum delivery

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience integrating with salesforce and legacy systems

The successful candidate will own the product roadmap execution, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, market trends, while maintaining a balance UX thinking, business understanding, and delivery collaboration to drive meaningful product outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working on internal, enterprise platforms, stakeholders, and end-users with a go getter personality and eager to learn. Due to the nature of the work and overlap with internal business teams, this role will be a hybrid work model local to the South Jersey area.
