What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Distribution Field Specialist position at Insight Global?
Our client is looking for a Power Distribution Fielder to join the team in Asheville, NC. This is an onsite position that works in the office and outside at field sites. This is for a national Electrical Engineering firm and works 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday with the ability to work half day on Fridays or four 10s. There is full training provided on processes and the software utilized. The role focuses on taking field notes, measurements and pictures of power distribution equipment before construction/renovations. Company vehicle is provided.
Must haves:
- Ability to work outside at local fielding sites
- Completed technical degree OR proven experience with power distribution fielding
- Clean driving record/valid license
Plusses:
- Interest or background in utilities, telecom, commercial wiring or power space
- Proven experience of working outside in the field
Salary : $25 - $35
