What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Supervisor position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking to hire multiple Operations Supervisors to join one of our large manufacturing clients at their Austin, MN facility. In this role, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, leading team members by managing and executing plant processes and attaining production and quality goals. This is a permanent position, with strong opportunity to grow within the plant or corporate side of the business gaining strong leadership experience. These positions are available at 2nd or 3rd shift times, and the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $82,500. In addition to this base salary there is a $6,000 bonus along with additional pay for hours worked over 40 hours in any given week as PTO days or paid out.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience within a leadership role as a shift lead, supervisor, or manager OR Associates degree in related field
- Strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate within a team setting
- Strong ability to handle confrontation and coach and develop team members, and possessing strong communication skills
- Ability to work in colder or warmer environments
- Comfortable working 50-60 hour work weeks during busy time periods as needed
