What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at Insight Global?
The Operations Coordinator II drives continuous improvement by focusing on elevated service and communication levels throughout the LP (Loss Prevention) systems and programs, including service processes, LP program engagement, supplier management and store environment. This role is responsible for continuous improvement and development of reporting tools that support LP owned processes by utilizing Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Salesforce or other available and assigned toolsets.
The role will maintain support aspects of Loss Prevention related projects and assignments for service and repair, store environment and solution enhancements, LP Awareness and similar shrink mitigation programs and related business solutions. The LP Operations Coordinator II tasks will incorporate work from planning through project completion to support the operational elements and installation of cameras, alarms, EAS/merchandise preservation equipment and contribute to core LP program content and reporting.
