Mobile Device Deployment Technician

Required Skills & Experience

· 3 years of desktop support

· Experience imaging or provisioning devices

· Wifi Technology and Configuration- IOS and Android

· Experience with Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or other MDM platforms

· Experience with a ticketing system- service now

· Strong customer service skills

· Good inventory and logistics management experience

Job Description

· Install, maintain, and support time and attendance software for HR systems

· Develop integration model, system architecture, and technical environment for time & attendance hardware to interface with HR systems, e.g. time clocks, interfaces, servers, etc.

· Interface with local and regional technical support staff and provide guidance and direction related to support of the clock systems

· Provision support for mobile device infrastructure and wireless device technologies

· Work interdependently with technical infrastructure teams to ensure clocks, wireless, and/or handheld devices are meeting service delivery expectations as well as business objectives

· Creating and maintaining thorough and complete technical documentation of the time clock environment architecture, mobile device environment architecture and associated standards

· Provide technical support for WorkForce Time & Attendance System and related infrastructure, including: on-call, research & development, and technical assistance. While on-call, employees must have the ability to receive calls and text messages 24 hours a day, seven days per week

· Work with security teams to ensure system access, auditing, and security controls are in place and compliant to security policy Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, & participating in professional organizations
