Insight Glpbal is hiring a DevOps Engineer that supports Store Systems by building, maintaining, and operating CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for store and ordering platforms. This role focuses on automating builds, deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure using containers and helm charts while delivering stable, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include operational support, resolving escalations, documenting processes, mentoring engineers, and improving efficiency. The role also provides technical and on‑call support to maintain high availability across production and test environments and independently troubleshoot increasingly complex issues.
