Job Title: Mental Health Clinician - Psychosis
Location: Edison, NJ
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Schedule: M-F, 9-5
Job Description
This clinician will support a Psychosis Program, delivering evidence‑based treatment to individuals across the state through a combination of group and individual therapy. The role includes facilitating virtual group sessions three days per week (approximately three hours per group) and providing one individual session per client per week, with a strong emphasis on OCD treatment, including skill‑building and exposure‑based interventions tailored to client triggers. The clinician will work with individuals presenting with multiple and complex sub‑diagnoses, supporting acute and marginalized populations, and will collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team to leverage shared resources and clinical support. The position requires flexibility within a partially hybrid schedule, adaptability as the program evolves, openness to learning and professional growth, and strong self‑awareness when working with diverse patient populations in a dynamic clinical environment
Required Skills & Experience
· 2 years’ experience postgrad in any mental health related field
· Master’s degree in related mental health field
· Licensed in NJ (LCSW or LPC)
2 years OCD experience
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
