Schedule: 2/3/2 Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule Details
This role follows a 2/3/2 rotating night schedule:
- Week 1:Work: Monday & Tuesday
- Off: Wednesday & Thursday
- Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2:Work: Wednesday & Thursday
- The schedule then resets and repeats.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong industrial maintenance background and a safety‑first mindset to support a large, industrial food‑manufacturing refinery operating in a 24/7 environment. This facility is part of a long‑standing organization known for refining and producing food‑grade products at scale and supporting essential supply chains across the U.S.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead skilled maintenance technicians responsible for keeping critical refinery equipment operating safely and reliably. You will assign, prioritize, and oversee daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and coach technicians through preventive and corrective repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, assign, and supervise daily maintenance work for technicians on shift
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance in a continuous‑operation refinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving rotating and fixed equipment
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with plant standards
- Coach and develop maintenance technicians through complex repairs
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including rotating and fixed equipment
- Familiarity with Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) methods
- 5 years of related industrial maintenance experience
- 3 years of maintenance supervisory experience
- Prior experience working in a machine shop and equipment garage environment
- Proven experience overseeing a team of maintenance technicians
- Experience working with heavy industrial refinery assets, including:
- Pumps
- Centrifuges
- Conveyors
- Rotating equipment
- Piping systems
- Welding and fabrication
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications (Plusses)
- Experience using SAP (maintenance or work orders)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an engineering background
- Exposure to or experience with electrical equipment, including PLCs

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
