Position Summary
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support on-site operations and ensure efficient material flow as project activity increases. This role will focus on coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and working closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or Excel is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Basic computer proficiency (laptop provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage on-site material flow to meet project needs
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and support material planning and replenishment
