REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active, in-scope Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Logistics Engineering, Sustainment Engineering, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Reliability Engineering, or related experience
• Proven experience performing Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Engineer III/IV to support a highly visible classified aerospace and defense program in Boulder, CO. This individual will serve as a key contributor to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), sustainment planning, reliability analysis, and lifecycle product support efforts for mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities include leading Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) assessments, FMECA analysis, sparing optimization, provisioning, and lifecycle sustainment planning. The engineer will partner closely with engineering, supply chain, program management, suppliers, and government stakeholders to develop long-term product support strategies that maximize system availability while minimizing lifecycle ownership costs.
Additional responsibilities include development of Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), Product Support Strategies (PSS), User Logistics Support Summaries (ULSS), technical manuals, provisioning documentation, maintenance task analyses, repair procedures, and sustainment documentation. This individual will also support configuration management activities, obsolescence planning, logistics databases, supportability trade studies, and proposal efforts.
This is an onsite position in Boulder, CO supporting a next-generation national security space program. Position may be hired at either the Level III or Level IV depending upon qualifications and experience. This is a 9-month contract-to-hire opportunity supporting the prime.
Pay Range: ~$86,000-$160,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefits eligibility on day one of employment – Package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching (vesting period applies). Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable state law.
