Level 2 Desktop Support

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years of level 2 IT support
• Strong Microsoft 365 support experience (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM)
• Hands-on support of iPhones, iPads, and Windows devices
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform
• Basic network troubleshooting experience (VPN, connectivity, Wi-Fi)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting MacOS environments
• Familiarity with JAMF device management
• Experience with hardware provisioning, imaging, and asset management

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst II to join a collaborative IT support team. This individual will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, mobility, and networking environments while delivering exceptional service to end users. The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role is fully onsite in Wilmington, DE and will serve as a key point of contact for deskside support, device lifecycle management, and endpoint administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier II desktop and deskside support for end users.
• Provision, image, deploy, and maintain Windows and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, ServiceNow, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities, including procurement and asset tracking.
• Provide iOS, iPadOS, and basic MacOS support.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.

Compensation:

$30/hr. to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
