- Design, build, and enhance applications using .NET / C# (with .NET 8 minimum)
- Support migration from legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices over time
- Balance new feature development with short‑term maintenance of existing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand priorities and future platform needs
- Write clean, maintainable code following strong engineering best practices

Technical Requirements
- Strong expertise in .NET / C#
- Experience with .NET Core
- Backend development experience in production environments
- Basic SQL skills and experience working with data sets
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience building REST APIs
- Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Ability to explain how they use AI today and how they would use it in this role
Experience & Education
- Targeting 2-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
