Job Description:

A healthcare client of ours is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure—including networking, telecom, software imaging, and hardware systems.

This technician will work independently in the field across multiple office locations, installing, maintaining, and testing computerized information systems while providing direct end-user support. The role supports locations across the entire state of Indiana, so candidates must be comfortable traveling site to site. Mileage will be expensed for all job-related travel. Once converted to full-time, the individual should be comfortable with occasional air travel as needed.

Must Haves:

• 3–5 years of IT experience (open to strong entry-level candidates with hands-on experience or high potential)
• MUST have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout the entire state of Indiana, (mileage reimbursed at federal rate)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and telecom systems
• Hands-on experience with:

· Imaging and equipment setup

· Racking and stacking

· Multifunction devices

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical, field-based tasks
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Vendor management and coordination experience
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and provisioning tasks

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
